In one of my early postings in this blog, I asked that you examine your body in a mirror and describe good thing about each part of your body. From reading this book, it states that your body is apart of who you are. it is more that makes up who you are then a physical body, but your body is the physical manifestation of you.
I am going to ask you to examine your body once again and write down in detail how every part of your body makes up you as a whole. What you write is up to you. if you share it as a comment on this posting is up to you. I do ask that you keep what you wrote. That way you can come back to it and read what you have written. It may help to write a new documentation at least every year. See how much you have learned about you own body.
As with the old posting, you have to be completely and totally naked. There is no reason to write about the clothes you wear. I do challenge you to write in every detail of your naked body. That is why I have stated you should do this at least one a year. If you are timid about your own naked body, you might not write as much on the first go around. Each new documentation your do write, you might see how much more you write each time.
The purpose of this exercise and the early blog posting is to let you see that your body is not how so many taught you to think. Our body is a wonder beyond anything that has bee created. We should know about it not just because it is our body, but in order to take care of it, we need to know what it is about. Believe it or not each female body or male body is different then the other of the same sex. All males may have a penis, but it does not mean they are all the same. We are similar in sex, but we are all unique in design.
Our souls are different. We think different. If you are a twin, you will know that you two have your own uniqueness. When we can learn about our own bodies as children from our own parents, then that will manifest into a wonderful life that can never be done elsewhere, or by anyone else. Parents are the only ones that rightfully and correctly teach their own children about the human body.
I have stated in my early postings that having nudity in the home is a very good way to allow children in this day and age to see that the naked body is not what is being presented by Hollywood and other forms of the media. For example: A pornography photo of a naked lady verses another photo of a naked lady that is not in a pornography setting. There is a big difference in the two.
There is nothing wrong or sinful about sex, but the means of how pornography presents that sexual scene is not natural or realistic. Sex is sex, but trust me there is a big difference with pornography. When parents do there jobs right with their own children on the subject of the human naked body, then their children will not get confused when they come across it online or elsewhere in life. They will see what it is and go there own way in life.
As this book describes when one is in tuned with their own bodies a lot of unneeded stress is removed. To become one with mind, body, and soul, one can learn to release the negativities in life. Knowledge give us serenity and security. With ignorance we have way too much fears in our lives that should not be there. Most of these excess fears are non-reality fears. Ignorant people seems to make more out of something then stay within the reality of life regarding the issues at hand.
If we know and attune our everyday live with the knowledge we have about our bodies, then we can be more calmer about adversities that cross our path. The more we know about our bodies the better. I strongly believe if one learns and take care of their bodies, the less one will get sick, or less visits to the doctor's office. I also believe the more one learns and takes care of their sexual body parts, they will become more in tuned with life itself.
